Steve Freeman

Steve is founder and Principal of Bridge Creek Consulting, an independent information technology management consulting firm. He has over 20 years experience leading technical organizations and teams developing and managing innovative technical solutions in support of corporate business strategies.

Before founding Bridge Creek in 2006, Steve was Senior Vice President with Visa International where he managed organizations responsible for IT strategy, product and service development, IT consulting/professional services, software development and global service management. He managed several large payment and E-commerce systems development projects with budgets ranging from $1 million to over $100 million and project teams of up to 150 Visa and vendor staff. Steve managed Visa's global debit card processing services for several years during which annual growth rates exceeded 50%.

Prior to joining Visa International, Steve was managing partner in two independent IT consulting and software development firms serving clients in the Financial Services and Transportation industries.

Steve attended the University of Southern California and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business and a B.A. in English.
